BYA Reseller Program Conditions

A reseller appointment exists only after written BYA approval. Resellers must present BYA accurately, protect customer information, comply with applicable laws, and must not make unauthorized pricing, earnings, service, territory, or performance promises.

No stock package provides employment, wages, automatic territory exclusivity, or compensation for recruiting other participants.

Subscription Stock Policy

Subscription stock purchases are final and non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Purchasing stock alone generates no commission or income.

Each stock unit may be assigned to one qualifying customer. Commission begins only after customer activation and successful qualifying payment. Unused, unpaid, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, delinquent, suspended, or canceled subscriptions do not generate commission.

Commission and Earnings Disclosure

Commission applies exclusively to qualifying recurring subscription revenue successfully collected by BYA and is governed by the approved package and final written agreement.

Studio productions do not generate reseller commission. This exclusion includes welcome messages, promotions, commercials, announcements, voice production, mixing, mastering, revisions, custom audio services, and other production work.

Setup fees, taxes, processing charges, stock purchases, refunds, chargebacks, disputed payments, and unpaid transactions also do not generate commission.

BYA does not guarantee customers, income, profit, recurring earnings, or business success. Any earnings illustration, including an $8,000 monthly target, is not a promise or representation of typical results.

Required $99 Demonstration Account Activation

Approved applicants pay a one-time $99 activation fee for the BYA Reseller Demonstration Account. The regular monthly demonstration-account price is $0 while program eligibility requirements are maintained. The account may be used to present BYA to prospective business customers.

The demonstration account is separate from any subscription-stock purchase. New applicants receive a 90-day launch period. After that period, at least one active, paying customer attributed to the reseller is required to keep demonstration access active. A 60-day replacement grace period applies if that customer cancels or becomes ineligible. Payment does not automatically approve this application.
