  • Use only current BYA-approved information and materials.
  • Never promise unauthorized pricing, discounts or results.
  • Never collect customer payments into a personal account.
  • Protect prospect, customer and company information.
  • Respect opt-out requests and communication preferences.
  • Represent Brand Your Audio honestly and professionally.
